If your child joins the program under the age of 18 and turns 18 during the course of the membership, your membership will automatically be upgraded to include an Additional Dependent Passport. You can see the fees under your employer's program here.
If you wish to keep your child’s membership active, you don’t need to do anything as your child's membership will stay active. Your fees will increase with an additional single fee added to your membership.
However, if you decide to cancel his/her membership, you will need to contact Fitness Passport at info@fitnesspassport.co.nz to process this for you.
If you do choose to keep their membership active, there will be a cancellation fee applicable if you cancel within the initial 12-month contract period.
