If you are experiencing any errors after downloading the app, please try the following:
- Force quit the application and reopen it
- Restart your device
- Clear app data if using Android
- Android > Settings > Apps > Fitness Passport My FP > Storage > Clear Data
- Android > Settings > Apps > Fitness Passport My FP > Storage > Clear Data
- Uninstall and reinstall the app from the app store
