No, they are not eligible to be added as part of your family membership, however, you can add them as an additional single member. Each dependant child between 18 and 24 years old will incur an additional cost equivalent to the single membership rate per week, per child. The child must be unemployed or financially dependant on the Primary member and reside at the same address. You may be required to show evidence of this.
