Getting started is easy! Once your membership has been approved, you’ll be able to log in and unlock spaces to work out.
Make sure you have access to the email or mobile number you used to sign up — you’ll need these to receive verification codes.
Step 1: Download the app
Search Fitness Passport in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
(Available in Australia and New Zealand only.)
Step 2: Log in
What’s my username?
Primary member: Your username is the Primary email address in your contact details linked to your membership. (Tip: We’ve seen most times this is your work email)
Family member: If you’ve logged into the Fitness Passport portal before, use the same email address you’ve used to login to the portal.
If your family member details are incorrect or you’ve never logged in before, the primary member will need to update your email address and mobile number in the member portal.
You’ll then have an option to choose whether a one-time code is delivered to your email or mobile number.
Trouble logging in?
Make sure you’re using the same email you signed up with (often this is your work email unless you’ve updated your contact details).
Check that you still have access to the mobile number or email used when signing up — this is needed for multi-factor authentication (MFA).
If you’ve lost access to your email or mobile number, send us an enquiry. We’ll verify your identity and help you log back in.
