Updating Bank Details

As a member of Fitness Passport, you can log onto our website at any time to update your personal details, including your bank account details.

To update bank details, you need to do the following:

Log onto the Fitness Passport website at http://www.fitnesspassport.co.nz using your email address/username and password.

  • Click on “Payments & Contracts” on the left menu
  • Click on “Update Payment Details”
  • Account Name – this is your account name, eg James & Sally Smith
  • Bank Code – 6 digits
  • Account Number – 7 digits
  • Account type/suffix - 2-3 digits
  • Click on “Save”

What happens next?


Your next scheduled payment will be automatically debited from your nominated bank account. If any problems occur with the direct debit (eg: incorrect account details, insufficient funds, etc) you will be notified via email and SMS.
