I've changed employer, how can I continue using my Fitness Passport?

If your new employer offers Fitness Passport, you can transfer to their program by logging into www.fitnesspassport.co.nz/login using your email and password. 


Click “Employer Transfer” on the left hand menu and enter your new employee number and choose your membership package. Your application will go to your new employer to verify that you are eligible. 


Once approved, you will receive an email with your new membership details. Until the transfer is processed, you can still use your current Fitness Passport membership.

If you need any further help, click the "Send Us An Enquiry" button at the top of this screen and our customer service team will assist you with the process.
