It is the practice of Fitness Passport to safeguard your sensitive data including the processing, storage and access of data. Our web portal which contains the personal information provided by members, is hosted within Australian AWS data centres that are physically located in the Sydney region.
All data submitted to FP is encrypted during transit and at rest to ensure that the data cannot be accessed or tampered with whilst in transit or when stored.
If, for any reason, you would like Fitness Passport to remove or deidentify your personal information and/or photos, please contact us by clicking the "Send Us An Enquiry" button at the top of this screen. Please note that FP does retain the data required to deliver our services.
