Wellness Content

Why don’t I see the Wellness Content in my app?

Access is currently available only to members who submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI). If you didn’t submit an EOI, you won’t be able to see or open the Wellness Content section yet. We're releasing this feature gradually so we can make sure everything is working smoothly.

My friend has access to Wellness Content, but I don’t. Why?

That’s expected during our gradual roll out. You may not see the Wellness Content because:

  • You didn’t submit an Expression of Interest (EOI), or
  • You’re not yet part of the early‑access group

The content isn’t loading. What can I do?

Some videos may occasionally fail to load. You might see a message asking you to try again.

Here’s what to do:

  • Check that you’re connected to the internet
  • Refresh the screen and try again

If this keeps happening, reach out to Support so we can help.

Why do I need an internet connection to watch the videos?

Wellness videos stream from our content partners and need an active internet connection to play. If you’re offline or have a weak signal, you may see a message asking you to reconnect.

Some videos say “Not Available.” What does that mean?

This usually happens when a specific video isn’t accessible from our provider at that moment. It usually resolves quickly, feel free to try another video in the meantime.

Why did I have to accept data and health information terms before using the content?

Before you start, we ask you to acknowledge important information about:

  • How your data is used
  • Your rights and choices
  • A reminder that workouts are general fitness guidance, not medical advice

This helps keep your experience safe and transparent.

The recommendations don’t match my goals or fitness level. Why?

Recommendations are based on the preferences you set during initial setup — including your goals, fitness level, and available time. However, as you watch more content, your recommendations will improve. The system learns from what you engage with and personalises your experience over time. Watching content that reflects your goals is the best way to guide it in the right direction.

How do I change my Wellness Content preferences?

Right now, preferences can’t be updated (such as your goals, fitness level, or time availability) after your initial setup. The good news is that your recommendations will continue to improve as you explore and watch more content. The system automatically learns from what you engage with, so watching content that reflects where you want to go is the best way to nudge it in the right direction for your wellness journey.
