Family members included in your membership can use the Fitness Passport app to:
Search for facilities
Check in by scanning a QR code or barcode
View their membership details
For adult family members (18 and over)
Once approved, they’ll automatically receive an email with instructions to download the app.
They can log in using the email address provided at sign-up and the password they set.
For minors (under 18)
Minors need their own email address and mobile number to access the app.
Once these details are added, a username will be generated and emailed to them with login instructions.
Need to update details?
Log in to the Fitness Passport member portal and click the pencil icon beside your family member’s name to update their information.
